Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH13-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDAH1, SPATA5L1, and KLF5. Each is linked with RDH13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH13-to-partner and partner-to-RDH13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDAH1 grouped by RDH13-low versus RDH13-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
