Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH13-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6, SF2, and FASN. Each is linked with RDH13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH13-to-partner and partner-to-RDH13 results are reported.
