Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RDH13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH13-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf120, H2AP, and RTL4. Each is linked with RDH13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH13-to-partner and partner-to-RDH13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C10orf120 grouped by RDH13-low versus RDH13-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
