Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RDH10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RDH10 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RDH10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RDH10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LIHC, and SCLC are the cancer types where RDH10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
