RDH10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,630 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHRS3, CEACAM5, and RBM47. Each is linked with RDH10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH10-to-partner and partner-to-RDH10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RDH10 versus DHRS3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
