Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,217 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDH10-AS1, DHRS3, and TSPAN1. Each is linked with RDH10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH10-to-partner and partner-to-RDH10 results are reported.
