Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 584 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1AP7, FBXO7, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with RDH10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH10-to-partner and partner-to-RDH10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1AP7 grouped by RDH10-low versus RDH10-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
