Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAS40_pT246, XBP1, and CD49b. Each is linked with RDH10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH10-to-partner and partner-to-RDH10 results are reported.
