Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RD3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RD3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher RD3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC show a favorable association.
SARC, SCLC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RD3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
