Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, STAT3_pY705, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with RD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RD3-to-partner and partner-to-RD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
