Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2B10 and CCL18. Each is linked with RD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RD3-to-partner and partner-to-RD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
