RCVRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCVRN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCVRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, eIF4E, and MEK1. Each is linked with RCVRN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCVRN-to-partner and partner-to-RCVRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by RCVRN-low versus RCVRN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCVRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCVRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
