Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,061 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCSD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, SEPTIN1, and SEPTIN6. Each is linked with RCSD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCSD1-to-partner and partner-to-RCSD1 results are reported.
