Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE13, ACACA, and MIR4451. Each is linked with RCSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCSD1-to-partner and partner-to-RCSD1 results are reported.
