Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,280 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCSD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of intracellular protein transport. Each is linked with RCSD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCSD1-to-partner and partner-to-RCSD1 results are reported.
