RCOR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCOR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,292 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCOR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, RO60, and PHC3. Each is linked with RCOR3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR3-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCOR3 versus BROX in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCOR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCOR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
