Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCOR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,116 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCOR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBX1, NUCKS1, and PHC1. Each is linked with RCOR3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR3-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR3 results are reported.
