Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCOR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,925 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1IP1, FAM83D, and RNASEH2A. Each is linked with RCOR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR2-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCOR2 versus CCNB1IP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
