Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCOR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,497 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCOR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with RCOR2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR2-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR2 results are reported.
