Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCOR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,975 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCOR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Protein-DNA complex organization, and Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with RCOR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR2-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR2 results are reported.
