RCOR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCOR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B12, OR8B4, and CRYBB1. Each is linked with RCOR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR2-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B12 grouped by RCOR2-low versus RCOR2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
