RCN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,883 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC80, THBS2, and C1R. Each is linked with RCN3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN3-to-partner and partner-to-RCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCN3 versus CCDC80 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
