RCN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL18AP17, RN7SL83P, and TDGP1. Each is linked with RCN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN3-to-partner and partner-to-RCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL18AP17 grouped by RCN3-low versus RCN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
