Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,930 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IMP salvage, Potassium ion transmembrane transport, and Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with RCN3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN3-to-partner and partner-to-RCN3 results are reported.
