RCN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELA2A, MSGN1, and PPP1R42. Each is linked with RCN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN3-to-partner and partner-to-RCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELA2A grouped by RCN3-low versus RCN3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
