RCN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,646 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KDM1A, RPRD1A, and RTF1. Each is linked with RCN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN2-to-partner and partner-to-RCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCN2 versus KDM1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
