Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,473 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARIH1, MORF4L1P1, and TMED3. Each is linked with RCN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN2-to-partner and partner-to-RCN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCN2 versus ARIH1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
