RCN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM230J, OR1E3, and LYPLA2P3. Each is linked with RCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN2-to-partner and partner-to-RCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM230J grouped by RCN2-low versus RCN2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
