Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,978 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Protein localization to condensed chromosome, and Protein localization to kinetochore. Each is linked with RCN2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN2-to-partner and partner-to-RCN2 results are reported.
