RCCD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCCD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,147 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LFNG, L2HGDH, and LYNX1. Each is linked with RCCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCCD1-to-partner and partner-to-RCCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCCD1 versus LFNG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
