RCCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP22, MIR2392, and MRPS5P4. Each is linked with RCCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCCD1-to-partner and partner-to-RCCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP22 grouped by RCCD1-low versus RCCD1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
