Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,354 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCCD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance, Centriole assembly, and Mitotic DNA replication checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with RCCD1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCCD1-to-partner and partner-to-RCCD1 results are reported.
