RCC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCC2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,700 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF710, ADAR, and UGT2A1. Each is linked with RCC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCC2-to-partner and partner-to-RCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF710 grouped by RCC2-low versus RCC2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
