Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RCBTB2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RCBTB2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RCBTB2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RCBTB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
CESC, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RCBTB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
