Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCBTB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,956 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCBTB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cilium assembly, Protein polymerization, and Establishment of spindle orientation. Each is linked with RCBTB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-RCBTB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cilium assembly grouped by RCBTB2-low versus RCBTB2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
