RCBTB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCBTB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCBTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, TCF21, and TACR3. Each is linked with RCBTB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-RCBTB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRHR grouped by RCBTB2-low versus RCBTB2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCBTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCBTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
