Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RCBTB1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RCBTB1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RCBTB1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RCBTB1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RCBTB1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
