Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCBTB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,750 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCBTB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL10A, RPL6, and RPS2. Each is linked with RCBTB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCBTB1-to-partner and partner-to-RCBTB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCBTB1 versus RPL10A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCBTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCBTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
