Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCBTB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCBTB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERCC6L, FANCE, and CENPN. Each is linked with RCBTB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCBTB1-to-partner and partner-to-RCBTB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCBTB1 versus ERCC6L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCBTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCBTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
