RCBTB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCBTB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCBTB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED15P4, PSAT1P4, and RNU6-1273P. Each is linked with RCBTB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCBTB1-to-partner and partner-to-RCBTB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED15P4 grouped by RCBTB1-low versus RCBTB1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCBTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCBTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
