RCAN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCAN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 450 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6766, MTND6P17, and TRAJ21. Each is linked with RCAN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN3-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6766 grouped by RCAN3-low versus RCAN3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCAN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCAN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
