RCAN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCAN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FoxM1, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with RCAN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN3-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by RCAN3-low versus RCAN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCAN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCAN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
