RCAN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCAN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGXT2, SPATA48, and PROP1. Each is linked with RCAN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN3-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AGXT2 grouped by RCAN3-low versus RCAN3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCAN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCAN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
