RCAN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCAN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,380 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, WDR36, and CYGB. Each is linked with RCAN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN2-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCAN2 versus RSU1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
