Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Annexin-1, and Smad3. Each is linked with RCAN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN2-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by RCAN2-low versus RCAN2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
