Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCAN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,212 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Positive regulation of viral process, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with RCAN2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN2-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN2 results are reported.
