RCAN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,002 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H3, TLN1, and P3H1. Each is linked with RCAN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN1-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCAN1 versus P3H3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
