RCAN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCAN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,860 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNTTIP1, CXCR1, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with RCAN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN1-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCAN1 versus DNTTIP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
