RCAN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,852 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LACTB, HEG1, and KCNE1. Each is linked with RCAN1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN1-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCAN1 versus LACTB in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
