Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,512 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcineurin-NFAT signaling cascade, Negative regulation of calcineurin-mediated signaling, and Negative regulation of calcium-mediated signaling. Each is linked with RCAN1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN1-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN1 results are reported.
